A Client Services Representative must be a team player who can support our clients and Sales team in a fast-paced environment. They are required to provide professional support services, including managing day-to-day administrative duties and assisting with projects that stimulate sales productivity. This team member is an experienced office professional with knowledge of customer service best practices. They must perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. This position requires an extremely organized individual that can work well with a team, follow directions, and handle multiple projects.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide overall executive-level administrative support and assistance to clients and the KRS sales team
Assist in managing project correspondence between the sales team, clients, and internal departments
Work closely with the Graphics and Shipping Departments to ensure accurate delivery and inventory POP needed for client site training
Work with the Accounting Department to ensure timely billing of Sales PO’s
Gather requirements to enter order requests to meet the client's expectations
Learn to use the Jira ticketing system, follow processes to request data reports, and enter graphics and equipment requests
Coordinate and schedule meetings between our clients and the sales team
Monitor projects using project management tools and provide updates on the status of active projects
Must have excellent note taking skills

Education or Experience Required:

Must have an Associate Degree or a minimum of 3 years of work experience in providing executive administrative assistance
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, exercise good judgment in decision-making and manage multiple projects
The position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, good recordkeeping, and organizational skills
Demonstrate attention to detail and have excellent grammatical, spelling, and editing skills with the ability to compose clear and compelling business correspondence
Must have a professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments in the company
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software (MS Word, Excel) and quickly learn to utilize KRS proprietary software
A high degree of integrity, including the ability to successfully deal with sensitive or confidential information
Have the ability to problem solve and help resolve client issues by coordinating the efforts of internal team members while giving the client clear and timely updates

Requirements

Overall Responsibility:

This is a staff position with the primary focus being on developing and maintaining relationships with customers. A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) must have the skills to analyze work flow, evaluate systems and formulate plans. A CRM will be required to recommend strategies and communicate the desires of clients to other members of the project team to ensure understanding of the clients’ challenges and goals. A CRM is also charged with monitoring progress against a set of benchmarks and metrics. This position is a full time, Monday - Friday schedule starting at $16.00 hourly DOE.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Establish a rapport with the customer and confidence in the KickBack program.
Troubleshoot potential problems and rectify existing problems.
Work closely with Sales and Technical Support teams to problem solve and assist customers to achieve optimal program results.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer account information in HubSpot and In-House Proprietary software.
Communicate with accounting, changes in customer contact data, change of ownership, change in level of service and program discontinuation.
The CRM team will work closely with each other in order to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction to ensure KRS profit standards.
Facilitate decision making of finance and operations by presenting data analysis.
Conduct cost/benefit analysis.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
